What UDI has discussed in a meeting with Inksnation's Excos

The meeting presided over by UDI started at 7:00pm with the recitation of inks pledge after which UDI reminded us all of the need to put up more discipline. He mentioned that a list will be made available so state coordinators can monitor who they verified.   

UDI stated that we are looking into organizing our National Conference and presenting letters of appointments after the site has been revived which is 99% done already.

MATTERS ARISING:

Urgent Exchangers Meeting: All state coordinators who haven’t had any exchangers meeting from 1st sept, 2020 to date are to organize one immediately before 12th Sept, 2020. It should be emphasized that the grace period from 1st to 12th Sept 2020 is to correct lapses and misbehaviours. Any state coordinator that doesn’t have the balls to make decisions and take action where necessary will be dealt with as well. We don’t need half hearted people and any complain against any exchanger will not be tolerated.

Change of title: UDI also mentioned that titles of state coordinators will change to state director general and will be made official soon. One of the reasons for the change is to understand the positions. You must command respect. All state coordinators in Nigeria are to get in addition to their 12 excos, names and pictures of all local government coordinators. For those outside Nigeria all you need is the country rep, secretary and assistant for now. We will still have country directors later on. Please scrutinize all your groups and fish out scammers impersonating.

Walkathon: In our constitution, it’s stated that we should promote oneness, love, peace, unity and that’s the meaning of walkathon. 

On Oct 1st, 2020

We will do One United Naija @60 walkathon After much deliberations on what to put on as uniform we concluded that we should all wear what we have already and use customized placards/banners with matured printing which will be designed from HQ.

National Conference: This will come in 2 forms; either in the 7 regional HQs or 1 massive conference in Abuja. To choose a venue, Abuja team should check the stadium or any available conference hall and get back to the house of Omotade before Wednesday. UAE rep, pls give us complete feedback as well

International Conference: This will take place in either UAE or Canada. UAE preferably considering the recent pandemic. This will be a time to unwind for exchangers and exco’s. It will come up in December and funds will be made available in PinKoin. This will be big because it will be our first international conference.

Merchants The target is a minimum of 1,000 per state and the target should be more of food items, farmers, those into production and Schools because our target are the downtrodden in the society.

App Inksnation App will be out soon and every merchant will have their QR code. End users go there and scan to pay in seconds. We have created a very powerful synergy in Nigeria.

Point to Note: NDG, SDG, LD. NDG will be announced soon at the right time.

General login issues: please talk to customer service on whatsapp as we are still looking into expanding customer service probably to telegram. Complaints are resolved from down upwards so out of impatience some reopen their complaints which makes it go up and takes longer to get resolved.
