If you are student from above named institution, you can to Girei INEC office for the registration.

Come along with the following:
1. Photocopy of ur admission letter
2. Photocopy of ur ID Card
3. Handwriting application.

They will give you a form to fill, and the form contains
1. Your name
2. Phone number
3. State of origin
4. LGA of origin
5. Name of institution
6. Department
7. Admission number
8. Level

I submitted my own today on 3/1/2019 and you can submit for your friends.

And I asked them about the closing date and they said they don't know the closing date, but try and do it now.

Federal Polytechnic Mubi and FCE Yola is also same venue.
